Synopsis:
Real World deals with the lives, loves and other personal
issues confronting the MTV generation, e.g., jobs, parents,
drugs and sex. Real World is currently in their 13th season,
and this year, it is in Paris, France. As usual, the cast
is a group of 18 to 25 year olds, who are from diverse backgrounds.
They live together for four months or so, and they are given
a job that requires them to work together. Moreover, they
have to share everything from the household budget to their
inner most feelings. This year, the kids are living in a four-story
chateau, located in the Le Vesinet neighborhood in "The
City of Light." The cast is diverse from an 18-year-old
Irish gay male to an 18-year old, soccer-playing virgin from
Iowa State. Throw in a Stanford graduate and an aspiring fashion
designer from New York, and you have the potential for an
interesting season.
