In post show audio interviews on a Canadian, morning radio show, Keith, Tara, Charla and Dave talk about their experiences. Keith and Tara said that they changed their mind about taking everyone to Los Vegas--they decided that it was a bad idea. Dave said that "it was never about the money" and that he would have given the money away. Dave tried to make Charla look bad for taking the $250,000 and not splitting it. Then, Keith grilled Charla and asked, "Are you going to give Dave some money and if so, how much?" She said that she could not discuss this publically, but she planned to give Dave some money. When Keith was asked how much that he would suggest, Keith said, "$125,000." Moreover, Keith said that he was certain that if Dave had won, Dave would have split the money with Charla. Keith was angry that Charla cut Dave out.
In a TV Guide interview, Dave says that he would have split the money with TONI, "if she was my final partner, if she had, in any way, helped me get to the end." With respect to Charla, Dave says that had he won, "The only question would have been, would I give her half or would I give her the whole thing." Meanwhile, there has been no trip to Las Vegas for the Paradise Hotel contestants, despite Keith & Tara's offer to take everyone.
In the final episode of Paradise Hotel, all of the previous contestants were brought back to vote on the final couple. But, before they could vote, Keith and Dave were told to switch partners. So, Keith was paired with Charla, and Dave with Tara. Charla and Keith both gave the best final speaches--both had tears in their eyes. And, I am sure that Keith and Tara won by a landslide. In the final twist, Keith and Charla were told that they won $250,000 each. But, then they were given the opportunity to share their winnings with the orginal partners. Keith split the money with Tara--each getting $125,000 each. Charla decided not to split the money with Dave--what a selfish barbie--and she kept the whole $250,000. In the end, Keith and Tara proposed that they take everyone to Vegas.
In a two hour episode, the wicked witch, Amy, was the one left without a roommate, and she had to check out of the hotel. Amy chose Keith as a roommate, and that was not a good choice, since Tara chose Keith also. Keith had not problem sending Amy packing. Then, in a twist, one person was given the power to evict another couple. The couples had to vote for one person to receive the power, and they could not vote for themselves or for their roommate. Keith got votes from Dave, Scott, Holly and Charla. Keith and Tara voted for Charla. So, Keith gets to send either Dave & Charla or Scott & Holly home. The results of Keith's decision will be revealed in the final two-hour episode on Wednesday, Oct. 1. Scott has been working hard on Keith, painting Dave as a liar. Scott wants Keith to eliminate Dave & Charla because Dave is a liar. Finally, Dave admitted that he has been lying to Scott and Holly about saving them. Keith seemed to be really stuggling with the decision over who to eliminate.
On the September 17 show, the guys picked the girls. Scott picked Holly; Keith picked Tara; Beau picked Amy. Both Tom and Dave picked Charla. Charla of course picked Dave. Tom was going home. However, two men were going to leave, and the hostess, Amanda, asked Tom who among the men he thought ought to leave the hotel. Tom picked Dave. So, in a twist, Dave was given a card that said, "Guest, you are safe, but you have to choose someone to go home." Dave chose to send Beau packing.
In a major twist, the guests were asked to write down two of the allies and one of their rivals. Then, when the six girls picked the guys, Melanie picked Dave because she was trying to knock off Charla. However, Dave picked Charla, and Melanie was told that she would have to pick one of her allies to go with her. She had to choose between Amy and Desiree. Desiree volunteered to go before Melanie could pick. Melanie said that she would have picked Desiree anyway. So, both Desiree and Melanie check out of the hotel, leaving Charla and Tara pitted against Amy and Holly. So, Dave, Keith, Charla and Tara are still very much in the game.
The girls and boys voted, and they decided to invite back Beau and Melanie. Beau got three of the five votes--Amy, Desiree and Holly voted for him. Charla and Tara voted for Andon. The four boys split evenly between Melanie and Kavita. So, the girls were invited to vote. The girls voted three to two to keep Melanie with Amy, Desiree and Holly voting for her. Charla and Tara voted for Kavita. Looks like Dave, Keith, Charla and Tara are outnumbered, now.
