CNBC has hired "The Apprentice 4" runner-up Rebecca Jarvis as an associate reporter. Jarvis will start her job April 3 working with every department in the New Jersey CNBC headquarters, TVWeek.com reported Wednesday. "Rebecca has shown herself to be an intelligent, poised, inquisitive individual with a keen interest in business reporting," CNBC Senior Vice President David Friend said. "Her background as an investment banker and currency trader has provided her with the insights that will give her depth as a business reporter." Jarvis worked for three years as a reporter on a weekly teen program in Minneapolis starting at age 16. The University of Chicago graduate has been freelance writing for Crain's Chicago Business since the end of last season's "The Apprentice."

PHILADELPHIA (Zap2it.com) Donald Trump and his capitalist minions are back for week two of "The Apprentice," season four. For this week's challenge, teams Capital Edge and Excel meet on the Trump Park Avenue terrace, the same building where flying plaster was responsible for Omarosa's brain damage. This time, there's no body count. Instead, the Donald simply announces that the next challenge is about pure luxury: create a 30-second commercial and a print campaign to promote "the beginning of the rebirth of Lamborghini," the ultimate in automotive phallic symbols. On hand to help out and judge the winner of the challenge is the Ad Agency Lady, who offers up a video crew and the assistance of some of her staffers, and the Lamborghini Guy, who is dressed like a wealthy mental patient. The men of team Excel immediately start with the high-fives and chest bumps, certain they've got this one in the bag thanks to their collective testosterone level.
