ABC will air three episodes of Trista Rehn's and Ryan Sutter's wedding. We will get a chance to see the planning, the bachelor and bachelorette parties, the wedding, the reception and so on. ABC has not yet announced when the three episodes will be aired.

Appearing on Opra on March 17, Trista and Ryan still claim that they have not set a wedding date, but we know otherwise. Trista and Ryan are to be married on June 8, 2003 in Vail. They promised ABC that they would announce their wedding date on the Bachelor Special, which will air on March 19. Ryan said that he will go back to work at the fire station on March 17, and Trista said that she is still actively seeking jobs as a spokes model--she said that she is not an actress. Trista hinted that, if someone offered to pay for their wedding, she would not be opposed to the idea, and Opra was quick to jump in and offer to pay for their wedding. Opra said several times that she would be willing to give them a great wedding in exchange for televising it. Opra said that they would talk about this possibility after the show.

Trista Rehn and Ryan Sutter have been seen registering for wedding gifts at several stores in Los Angeles, including Bloomingdale's and Macy's. Officially, they are denying that they have set a date. In a recent interview on the ski slops in Vail, Trista said, "We are engaged, but we haven't set a wedding date, although everybody thinks we have," Rehn said. "We're basically nowhere right now. I have an apartment, he has one, too." However, it could be that they are denying that they have set a date so that they can announce their wedding date on the upcoming Bachelor Special. According to the wedding registries, the wedding date is set for June 8 in Vail.

As most predicted Russ was given the boot. Things started to go wrong with Russ when he invited Trista to meet his parents. He seemed tense, anxious and insecure, and he was prying Trista for information. Trista was not impressed. On their final date, Russ began confronting Trista saying that she was not opening up to him. Finally, Trista confronted Russ about his aggressiveness, saying that she did not find it attractive. With his large ego, Russ did not take it well. He said, “You obviously don’t know me, Trista.” She finally had enough and gave him his walking papers.

Not having spent much time with Greg T., Trista was not swept off her feet when she visited Greg is his hometown of New York City. First, the meeting with his family was at a restaurant--kind of impersonal. Second, Greg took Krista back to his one-room bat cave, and she was not impressed with his small NYC apartment. I must admit that I was not impressed either. Greg tried to win her by singing a couple of original songs, but it was not enough for him to advance into the final three. In the end, she offered a rose to Russ over Greg.
