Synopsis:
From the men who created "American Idol" (Simon
Fuller and Nigel Lythgoe), three judges orchestrate a talent
competion. The girls are judged on intelligence, athletic
ability, talent and beauty. After the first few rounds, each
of the judges pick five women to be on their team. In training
camp, the girls receive coaching in areas where they most
need it the most. Then, on the second episode, the coaches
will reduce their teams from five to four, then to three candidates
on the third episode. At the end of the fourth episode, viewers
at home begin voting on who they think should win the title
of "All American Girl." Each week, one girl is eliminated,
until a winner is chosen by the viewers. The winner will receive
a management contract from Fuller's company and a shot at
entering the field of their choice.
