Due to poor ratings, viewers had to tune into the family channel to see the results of the All American Girl. The final six were Andrea Lynem, Jessica Felice, Monica Palumbo, Natalie White, Kristi Foster, Kira Pozehl. Four of the girls were from Judge Geri Halliwell's group. The first girl eliminated was Kira. Then, Monica was eliminated. Andrea was the third one to fall, then Natalie. The two best friends, Jessica and Kristi, are the final two. In the end, there were only a few thousand votes that separated these two. But, the winner was Jessica. Jessica is the All American Girl. In keeping with the tone of the entire series, Jessica sings "Somewhere Over The Rainbow" as a final tribute to the show.

We expected that only nine would remain, but they threw in a twist and kept ten. On Suzanne de Passe team: Tera, Ali and Natalie. Geri Halliwell kept Kristi, Monika and Kira. On John Salley's team: Shannon, Andrea and Ashley. In the end, Carrie, Jessica and Shauna were eliminated. However, the girls were given the opportunity to vote and keep one of the girls. Jessica received the most votes, so now Geri has four girls on her team.
