This was probably
one of the best episodes so far in terms of conflict. Alliances
were revealed and the plotting and scheming hit new heights.
Nicole, as HOH,
interviewed each member of the house to determine whom she
should nominate for eviction. Her conversation with Krista
was very revealing.
Nicole revealed
to Krista that she is very afraid of Krista's and Monica's
friendship. She revealed that this was a threat to her.
Krista told Nicole that Hardy was the biggest threat-"he
voted against his own friend" (Kent). At this point,
Nicole told Krista that Hardy and Nicole had a pact to let
Krista win. Krista was flattered, and this brought tears
to her eyes. However, later, Krista revealed to Monica that
she wondered if this was just part of Nicole's strategy.
As Hardy and
Nicole were talking, Nicole told Hardy that she would nominate
Krista and Monica. However, Hardy thought that Bunky was
the biggest threat. Nicole thought that Krista was the biggest
threat. Also, she told Hardy of her conversation with Krista,
especially about the pact to let Krista win. Hardy was upset
by this, and, he discussed with Nicole the fact that the
more that he gets to know Krista, the more that he does
not want her to win. Hardy said that he would be afraid
what she would do with the money-maybe she might hurt herself
with all that money.
Hardy tells Nicole
that he is only loyal to her. Then, Hardy begins to tell
the members of the house that he is not playing for anyone
but himself. Krista and Monica begin to get nervous.
Nicole talks
to Monica about the nominations. Nicole tells Monica that
she is threatened by Monica's and Krista's friendship. Monica
replies that Nicole and Hardy are equally close. Monica
tells Nicole that she understands that she is a threat.
Monica expects Nicole to nominate her and Bunky. But, Nicole
reveals that Bunky is not a threat to her. After Monica
told Nicole that she expects to be nominated, Nicole did
not deny this or reassure Monica. Therefore, Monica cut
the conversation short and walked out of the room.
Then, Will tells
Hardy that Krista told him that he should nominate Hardy
if he gets HOH, since he promised Shannon that he would
do that. Hardy is not surprised, and says that if he was
HOH, after what Will just told him, he would nominate Krista
and Monica.
Monica and Krista
discuss their power in the house. Monica tells Krista that
Nicole is behind her and wants her to win. However, when
Will walks up, full of themselves, Monica starts telling
Will, "It's on, baby." And, Krista tells him to
"Kiss my ass." Of course, Will runs to Nicole
and tells her that Krista and Monica are angry with him
and that they never want to talk to him again-Will was stretching
the truth again.
Krista tells
Nicole that she is no longer comfortable with being nominated.
She had previously told Nicole that if she were nominated
she would not be angry. Now, she tells Nicole that if she
is voted out, Nicole is signing her death certificate-"you
will be gone," she says. "If I leave," Krista
says, "you are next, Nicole."
Will reveals
that he is threatened by Hardy to Nicole. Will and Nicole
discuss their secrete alliance. Nicole says that things
could not be better for Will and Nicole.
Next, the lame
food challenge takes place. Suffice it to say that they
will have plenty of food to each in the coming week.
Later, Krista
and Monica confront Will about lying to Krista. Krista tells
Will "you betrayed me." She says that Will promised
to watch her back. As they were having this conversation
in the backyard, Hardy has his ear to the wall and is listening
through the window. Krista said that Hardy told her that
it would be Hardy, Nicole, Krista and Monica in the final
four. Will says, "Well, they are playing everyone,
then." Krista gets up and says that it is time for
a group discussion to determine who is lying.
While the group
was discussing things, Hardy and Krista reveal the Untouchables
alliance (of Hardy, Krista and Monica). Nicole is offended.
She says that any alliance that she is not a part of is
a threat to her.
While unsuccessfully
trying to bring on the fake tears, Nicole nominates Krista
and Monica. Nicole says that she nominated them because
"they are a power in the house." Krista took it
well. Monica took it less well. Krista said that she respects
Nicole's decision. Monica blames her nomination on her voting
against Nicole in the first eviction. Monica is convinced
that she will be voted out.
