We recap the past weeks events, see the beloved theme sequence, and then see our friend Julie Chen welcoming us to day 61 in the big brother house. The fate of the big brother house rests in Alison's hands. Is she so confident she might leave the nominations alone? Or will she use the veto and force Jun to put up either Robert or Erika?
We see the fallout of the nominations. Robert and Jee are confused. Alison says "Priceless!" Jun says she took the power away from Alison. Robert wonders if they planned it ahead of time. If they did, then they are still together. Alison thinks she's holding the cards.
Robert tells the diary room that if Jee goes he will be with the girls. He thinks he can manipulate them.
Robert asks Erika if she will go out on a date with him after the show. She says she'll think about it. Erika tells the diary room there's no way.
Jee says that he and Jun still have a secret alliance. Jun tells the diary room that the alliance is over but that she thinks Jee thinks there's still some connection. Jee hopes Jun will decide to keep him and promises not to come after her.
Erika thinks that alligning with Alison is a smart move. Ali says she doesn't want to keep Erika around because no one on the jury is mad at Erika.
Ali remembers Marcellus' mistake of last year. Ali thinks about what she should do. She doesn't want Robert to go up on the block because she wants him in the end. She's doing to surprise everyone.
Julie talks to the houseguests. Jun says the best part of the VMAs was having her own room and bathroom. Ali says if she had a limo ride anywhere, she'd go home to see Donnie's first football game. Julie points out that if Jee leaves, Robert will be the only guy in the house. He thinks he could handle it. Asks Erika if she's surpised that now there are more women in the house, when in the beginning there were more men. This past week was Jee's birthday and his anniversary with Carmen. He hopes to see her soon.
Robert is a fast talker in the house. Is he telling the truth? He apparently has a guy for everything. He knows everyone. Erika says he's full of it. Robert says he is a restaurant manager. One problem. Erika says he got fired--he doesn't work there anymore. He is telling lots of stories. Erika says that nothing he says is the truth. He says he knows "Barry Drewmore." Alison doens't believe him either. Erika hopes that Robert is using strategy and that he's not delusional.
Julie talks privately with Jun. Jun affirms that her alliance with Jee is now over. It got her far enough and now she doesn't need him. She doesn't want to help him anymore. Jee still thinks she is on his side, but there are no last minute tricks she's going to pull to save him. She's being nice because he will end up in the jury. She knew that Ali or Erika would win the veto. Jun says that she thinks Alison wants to go with her to the finals more than Erika does, so she's trusts Ali more than Erika. Jun would love to go up against Alison.
We catch up with the sequestered jurors. Justin and Dana are making out in the pool. Poor Nathan had the third wheel syndrome. Justin says the "cardio" is pretty good around the house. Nathan hopes Alison is coming through the door...but alas, it's Jack. Justin says that Jack will fit in just fine. They initiate Jack into the house by throwing water balloons at him while he reads by the pool. One hits him right in the head. It is one of the funniest things that has happened this season.
It's time for the veto meeting. Ali plays with her words by suggesting she might not use the veto on herself, but ultimately she does use it on herself. Jun then puts Robert up in place of Alison. Robert says that he expected it.
We return from commercial to the live vote. Julie gives each of the nominees a chance to plead his own case. Jee says he feels honored to have played with the others and not to be sad for him when he leaves because his true grand prize is waiting at home. Robert says he trusts they will make the right decision and that they are awesome players.
Alison votes first. She votes to evict Jee. Erika enters the diary room and votes to evict Jee. So Jee is the next house guest to leave the Big Brother House. The houseguests say goodbye and Jee walks out the door. It's sunny in California.
Back in the house, Robert is relieved. He paces around by himself.
Jee can't believe he's out of the house. He says he's happy to be out of the house. Jee says it's a game and he understands. Julie asks if he feels Jun betrayed him. Jee says no, Jun was up front from the beginning. Jee says he does not think there is any kind of future for their friendship. He thinks Robert has a good chance, but he also thinks he has issues regarding women. Jee watches his goodbye messages from the others. Alison is phony as usual. Jee is off to join Dana, Nathan, Justin and Jack in the jury house.
It's the HOH competition! The houseguests have to guess the correct ending of the imcomplete quotes that Julie reads. They are statements by the current members of the jury. Erika and Robert tie. They have to do a tiebreaker. The question is "From the moment the exes have walked into the house until now, how many hours have you spent in the BB house?" Winner is closest without going over. Rob guesses 800 Erika guesses 1440 hours. It's 1434. Robert wins.
America's choice: who gets to talk to a loved one. Ali wants to talk to Donnie to tell him about all of her reasons for doing what she's done. Erika wants to talk to her mom. Jun wants to talk to Bob. Robert wants to talk to his daughter.
The four stand around the kitchen and talk about how it looked like the jury members are in a beautiful place. They talk about the hoh competition. |
