SURVIVOR SHOCKS AGAIN AS CHRISTY GETS SENT HOME BY MODERN DAY BENEDICT ARNOLD

I have never been so shocked at an outcome of a tribal council. Christy, how dumb are you? Haven't you learned by now, that the second you tell Rob you aren't voting with him, the person gets sent home. Why Christy? Why did you waffle! I wanted you to WIN!!!

This weeks episode of Survivor showed us just how tense the Survivor camp has become. Jenna and Heidi felt threatened now that the "Super 4" were gone. Christy, Butch, Matthew and Rob ride the Power Four high, as Jenna and Heidi assume a position I am sure they are very familiar with: on their knees.
The groveling begins almost as soon as they get back to camp. Their lips must have been bruised with all the butt kissing they had to do. Especially to Christy. Their sugary sweet sudden interest in Christy only heightened the lackof respect I alreadyhad for these girls.

The reward challenge this week was a visit from a family member. Survivors had to comepete through a puzzle/obstacle course in which Survivors were eliminated in each heat. The first heat took out Butch and Heidi. The second heat took out Christy and Jenna, leaving Matthew and Rob to battle for the prize. Matthew beat Rob and easily coasted into victory. In an interesting twist, Matthew was offered the chance to forgo his own visit from a family member in order to give all of the other Survivors a chance to spend time with their loved ones. In a heart wrenching sacrifice, Matthew decides to give up his meeting for the other five. Some may say it was a strategic move in order to garner favor with the other castaways. I personally, think that he just an amazing man, who would rather see happiness in others than take that happiness for himself. And, luckily for the customer service department of the Survivor production house, they also rewarded Matthews kindess with a special one on one 24 hour visit with his mother. I was ready to write more than one strongly worded letter to the producers if they left Matthew high and dry.

Back at camp, my respect for Rob went lower than I ever thought it could when he started trashing matthew saying that he didnt do anything special, or anything that any of the other castways wouldnt have done. Personally, Rob is full of it. I think had he won that competition, sacrificing himself for the benefit of the group would have never even crossed his mind.

Back at camp, Rob is scrambling, trying to ensure he stays on top. The puppeteer approaches Jenna and tells her he wants to go to the final 2 with her. She in turn goes back to camp, and creates a whole mess of descrution for Rob that he needs to pick up the pieces to. In what I am labeling the best piece of Survivor History, Heidi and Jenna take on Benedict Arnold and call him out for all of his lying, cheating, and backstabbing. I was waiting to see the urine drip down the poor guys leg. I have never seen someone turn that shade of pale before in my entire life. You could almost see the hampster wheels turning inside his head as he tried to figure out how he could back-peddle his way out of that one. Poor Rob, apparently he didnt realize that if you walk backwards too fast, you only end up falling over yourself. Thats okay, he'll learn next week when he is the next one voted off Survivor Island.

The immunity challenge for this week was a 2 part challenge consisiting of a "Slingshot" to gain Shuffle board pucks by breaking dishes of each Survivor's color and name. From there, they would procede to a table to "push" their pucks closest to an "X". Whomever gets closest wins immunity. The Survivors compete one puck at a time, and in a last chance effort by Jenna, she bumps Heidi out of first place and locks herself into immunity.

Back at camp, Rob confronts Christy on who she has decided to vote with, Jenna and Heidi, or the power 4. Christy waffles and says she is still thinking about it, and her mind won't be made up until Tribal Council. This was her biggest mistake. Rob then unsure of whether or not he has Christy's vote goes to the girls and they reform their alliance. Rob brings Matthew on board and the four of them vote Christy off the island.

Next week should prove to be an interesting week. Not only do we have 2 episodes of Survivor: one on Thursday and the finale on Sunday, but it will be interesting to see if the alliances waffle, stay strong, and if the rest of the Survivors finally realize that ROb is platying them ALL.
