The guys kick up their heels in Episode Two.

The show started with Ryan preparing breakfast in bed for Jackie. He came up with a breakfast tray in his hands and a rose tucked into his waistband behind him. He hugged Jackie so she would feel the rose when she put her arms around him but she missed it and it looked like Ryan had manipulated Jackie into feeling him up. Then he bet Jackie he could catch three grapes in his mouth if she threw them from across the room. If he succeeded, she agreed to kiss him. He caught one and missed two so then Jackie agreed to kiss his cheek instead and he turned and kissed her on the lips.
Then there was a challenge for alone time with Jackie. The guys were divided into two groups and had to run from a start line to a finish line with guys on horseback trying to lasso them. Luciano and John won.
Next, the guys had a barn dance. Some of the guys had to play the female partner until Jackie showed up. While Jackie was busy dancing with the guys, Brad tricked Eddie into getting drunk by having tequila shots with him but Brad was spitting his tequila into a beer bottle. Eddie started getting loud and Brad told some of the other guys what he had done so they joined the fun. Ryan got in front of Eddie and farted and then blamed it on Eddie. Jackie was across the room when it happened so she heard something going on and saw Eddie getting angry but didn't know what was going on. She decided to quit the party early and went to her room.
Then Ryan and Luciano went to the hot tub. Eddie stumbled over, took off his shirt and pants, and got into the hot tub in his underwear. Luciano jumped out of the hot tub but Ryan stayed and flirted with Eddie. He started whispering to him, leaning in close to him, and he said Eddie started speaking Spanish to him and then licked his neck. So then Ryan jumped out of the hot tub and started yelling "Eddie's gay! Eddie's gay!", like Chicken Little yelling "The sky is falling! the sky is falling!".
Banks and some other guys were talking about Ryan and Ryan overheard so he went out and confronted Banks. Jackie was able to hear them from her room above them.
The next day, Jackie chose Banks and Eddie for her swing dates. She asked Eddie about what happened at the barn dance and Banks about his heated exchange with Ryan.
That night, Jackie asked Alex and Ryan to leave. Alex revealed that he was gay and Jackie found out Ryan was straight. Afterward, she said she had felt a connection with Ryan and wished she had asked him to stay.
