November 7 Show Summary

The premiere of Temptation Island was all about introductions. First the couples were introduced.

Thomas and Nikkole are from Chicago. They have been together for 3.5 years. But, Tommy is against getting married. Nikkole gave him an ultimatum: "either you marry me by the end of the summer or I'm moving out." Since TI2 was filmed in August, I guess Nikkole did not follow through on her threat.

Catherine and Edmundo are from Chicago also and have been together for 3 years. Catherine is a performer in musical theater, so she travels a lot, and they spend a lot of time apart. Edmundo says that he fell in love with Catherine in five days. So, he seems to be a little shallow.

John and Shannon are from Phoenix, and they have only been together for 10 months. John is a bartender who does not make a lot of money. Shannon is looking for someone who is more financially secure. She says that John lacks direction. On the other hand, John says that love should not be about how much money a guy brings home.

Genevieve and Tony are from Ferndale, Michigan, and they have been together for 4.5 years. Genevieve says that their relationship is in a rut. Tony is passive and conservative, and there is not drama in the relationship. She is looking for more excitement, so they decided to do TI2.
