The New Arrivals
The show opens with the arrival of four new male singles and four new female singles. The new singles are:
Brian, 24, mortgage broker, New Jersey
Aaron S., 22, law student, New Orleans
Aaron T., 31, oral surgeon, Chapel Hill, NC
Chad, 27, property supervisor, Newbury Park, CA
Caneel, 23, model, Los Angeles, CA
Magalie, 26, stripper, Chula Vista, CA
Jocelyn, 31, investment firm, Woodland Hills, CA
Debbie, 25, model/actress, Los Angeles, CA

As it turns out, each single was selected with one of the temptees in mind, and the tempees were required to go out with a new single in this round of dating. Here is how it stacked up:
Brian was selected for Catherine.
Aaron S. was selected for Nikkole.
Aaron T. was selected for Shannon.
Chad was selected for Kelly.
Caneel was selected for John.
Magalie was selected for Mark.
Debbie was selected for Edmundo.
Jocelyn was selected for Tommy.

The Dates
Nikkole was not extremely attracted to Aaron S. She said that he did not talk much. There was not much chemistry between Nikkole and Aaron S. On the other hand, Tommy always has fun on his dates, and Tommy thought that Jocelyn was super fine.

Catherine was particularly pleased to see Brian return to the show. She was grinning from ear to ear during her entire date. Moreover, Catherine said that she was "completely into" Brian. Edmundo seemed to enjoy himself with Debbie.

Shannon was impressed with Aaron T., but she hated his hair. John said that Caneel was a lot more laid back than he expected.

Kelly loved Chad, and Chad encouraged her to go for her dreams and not to settle. Mark was impressed with Jocelyn's body, but Jocelyn found Mark to be really up tight. Jocelyn thought that it was a terrible date.

Post Date
John revealed that although he had a good time with Caneel, Nayla is still his favorite single. However, when Nayla joined John in his bed, he had a hard time letting himself go. John said that although he was attracted to Nayla, he still was not comfortable getting too close to her.

Over on the girl's side of the island, after the dates, the singles began to stake their claim on the temptees. Tommy, the New York City Firefighter, begins French kissing Nikkole. Thomas snuggles up to Kelly.

However, Brian start dirty dancing with Catherine, while Rossi looks on, feeling disrespected. Catherine, it seems, only has eyes for Brian. Rossi throws Catherine in the pool. Despite Rossi's attempts, Catherine and Brian end up making out on the beach.

At the end of the night, Tommy and Nikkole wind up in bed together, making out under the sheets. Thomas also visited Kelly's bed.

Day 16: The Bon Fire
John and Tommy choose to view the video tapes of their girlfriends. Mark and Edmundo choose not to see their girlfriends' video. John sees Shannon dancing with a few guys, but John laughs it off. Tommy sees Nikkole doing a belly shot off of Tommy's belly. He is not too happy about what he sees.

Next week, the girl's view the videos of their boyfriend's dates.
