Cast of Characters:

Couple #1: Shannon & Andy—Together 5 years.

Couple #2: Mandy & Billy—Together 1 ½ years.

Couple #3: Ytassie & Taheed—Together 5 ½ years.

Couple #4: Valerie & Kaya—Together 1 ½ years.

These couples begin their 12 day adventure from an Island 12 miles from the coast of Belize. Their mission: To find out if the love they share with their with their partners is all they need to secure a lifetime of happiness by dating three other people with interests that more match there own than those shared with their partners.

Upon docking on their island at the women’s resort, the couples share their concerns about the real possibility that one or more of them may end up splitting by the end of their 12 days.

The couples are given a sneak peak at the 26 singles who will act as their temptations when the singles arrive. Still with some amount of lighthearted spirit the couples continue their journey the following morning when the women meet at the men’s retreat.

All 28 original singles introduce themselves to the couples, now set up in teams of men and women. The pickin’s include a professional Motorcross racer, a massage therapist, a background singer / dancer for Jimmy Buffett, a poet, a tri-athelete and more!

After evaluating the competition and the choices, Mark, our fearless emcee gives both the men and the women and opportunity to kick the most threatening competitor off the island. The men’s choice: Ace—A 25 year old former college football player—the one they think most looks like rapper Shaggy. The women’s choice:Yvonne—an ad executive who wants to be a VJ.

The couples get one final chance to ban one more person from dating his or her partner by tagging the single with a bracelet corresponding with a necklace each received when they arrived.

Taheed bans Maceo, a 29 year old musician / producer from dating Ytossie; Ytossie bans Venus, a 28 year old tri-athelete, from dating from dating Taheed.

Kaya bans Sean, the massage therapist from dating Valerie; Valerie bans Megan, a 25 year old kindergarten teacher, from dating Kaya.

Billy bans Sean, the massage therapist (poor Sean…at least he didn’t get booted off the island) from dating Mandy; Mandy bans Carla, a 22 year old musician, from dating Billy. (A choice Billy says was a good thing…because he liked Carla on first site).

Andy bans Jon, a 27 year old social worker, from dating Shannon; Shannon bans Elizabeth, a 22 year old real estate agent, from dating Andy.

They gang breaks away and meets again for dinner—their "last supper" together before the fun begins.

Without warning emcee Mark announces that they have ten minutes to say their goodbyes. Silence fills the room with an eerie feeling that this could be the very last time someone is considered the girlfriend or boyfriend of one of the couples. Tears and tenderness abound, with one exception: Ytossie and Taheed. In ten minutes these two manage to get into a fight. Taheed was unfaithful to Ytossie in the past, and she needs a little reassurance that he refuses to give to her. She runs off crying.

The men return to their kingdom across the island to a mixer filled with their choices of women. The women console Ytossie.
