December 13: Brandon is the next person to be voted out. Even though Brandon formed a strong alliance with Lex, he made a strategic mistake by abandoning his former tribe and voting with Lex. After Lex won the immunity challenge, Tom and Ethan worked on Lex, trying to get him to turn on Brandon. Lex refused. He stuck by Brandon to the end. However, only Lex and Brandon voted for Frank, and the rest voted for Brandon because Brandon was distrusted by all.

On day 26, the Immunity Challenge involved building a fire. They were all given magnifying glasses. Lex won the challenge.

The Luxury Challenge was popcorn, candy, pop and a movie (Out of Africa). They had to work in teams to two. They picked numbers out of a hat to determine the teams. Frank and Brandon wound up on the same team, and they won the challenge in a run off with Ethan and Kim J.

December 6: Ethan is showing himself to be a strong player by winning both the luxury challenge and the immunity challenge. For the luxury challenge, Ethan was taken to a village and given two goats to trade. He could take one person with him on his trip, and he took Lex, saying that Lex came in second place in the luxury competition. When Ethan and Lex go to the village, they traded the goats for 1600 shillings, and then they went to a place and got some food. They spent 1000 shillings on two large places of French fries. But, they have 600 shillings left over for a big box of cookies to bring back for the other tribe members.

The immunity challenge was a mental competition, and Ethan won that easily as well. Teresa tried to get Kim and Brandon to vote with she and Frank. They would vote for Lex. But, Lex was far from defeated. Rather, Lex convinced the rest of his old tribe that Kelly had turned. Lex teamed up with Brandon, and Brandon backed Lex's story that Kelly was a "free agent." In the end, Lex made a deal with Brandon to vote Kelly out. Brandon is hoping that his alliance with Lex will carry him into the final four. So, Lex got four votes (Kim, Teresa, Frank and Kelly), but the rest of the tribe voted for Kelly. So, Kelly was voted out.

November 15: The big news is that Samburu lost the immunity challenge, which was an archery competition, and Lindsey (Samburu) was voted out. During the challenge, members from Boran were making an "L" with their hand trying to communicate that Lindsey had votes against her. However, Kelly overheard Brandon talking loudly about Lindsey have some votes against her. Lindsey attempted to influence others to vote out Brandon instead of her, since she was angry that Brandon spilled the beans. But, in the end, three voted for Tom (Lindsey, Brandon and Kim) and three voted for Lindsey. Lindsey was ousted because she had four previous votes against her.

The luxury challenge was a group trivial quiz. Samburu answered the most questions correctly, so they won a lunch feast, consisting of pasta salad with vegetable, sandwiches, cookies and soda.

November 8: There was a big shake up on Survivor. The tribes had to pick three members "to go on a quest." But, the big surprise was that the three, who they picked, would switch tribes. So, Lex, Tom and Kelly are now members of Samburu. And, Frank, Teresa and Silas are now members of Boran.

Immediately after the switch, Lex, Tom and Kelly began to complain about how lazy the Samburu tribe has been--all they do is sleep all day. And over at Boran, Frank and Teresa were swaying votes by telling them all about the Samburu younger group's schemes and voting practices.

The luxury challenge was herding goats. The first tribe to herd their 20 goats into their own pin wins the reward of three chickens and a rooster. Boran won.

The Immunity Challenge was putting a puzzle together. It was obvious that many of the Boran members were not trying very hard because they wanted to vote off Clarence or Silas, two strong members. In the end, it was Silas who was voted off.
